- Theatre Club

Theatre Club is an exclusive term for classes at the Amelia
Appleby School of Performing Arts. It is a class which combines
Musical Production (Song & Dance) with Drama.

It is the Show Class
of the school and a vast majority of the performance work is created
in Theatre Club. All Showcases, Fete work and the main Production
Material for Shows is rehearsed within these classes.

Pupils have to learn to sing, dance and act whilst performing on
stage. It is definitely these skills which set our pupils ahead of
others in confidence, vitality and technique on stage.

Examinations in Song & Dance are taken under the Anglo-Russe International Stage Dancing
Association.
