Ballet is the most fundamental discipline of dance and is vital
in a dance student's study if they wish to take dance seriously. It is
the most difficult to learn and achieve excellence at, but it can
produce the most wonderful dancers, with good posture, strength and
stamina. It is the basic technique behind all dance.
